No flowers, poor communication

I ordered these flowers and received a confirmation and an expected delivery date. Subsequently, the company didn’t have the common courtesy to notify me that the item was backordered and the flowers would be delayed 4-6 weeks. When they didn’t arrive, we contacted the company, learned of the delay and cancelled our order.

They look even more beautiful in real life then in the photo. Multiple people have asked me if they are real.

Photos look more real on the web than the actual product

We have not used them yet. They are for a wedding next month. I’m sorry to say that they don’t look as good as the photos on your website; the stems are a light bright fake-looking green and look obviously plastic. The roses themselves are ok; again, they don’t look as real as the photo of them on your site. I am disappointed.

Very pleased!

I bought 24 red and 24 white long stemmed silk roses. Was hoping they looked better in person than in the photos which seemed to make them look a little less real than I needed. They were PERFECT. Made a gorgeous presentation bouquet for my grandmother's 100th birthday and she was SOOOOO happy. Highly recommend. Fast shipping too!
