Do I have to pay sales tax?
We are located in California, USA. You only have to pay sales tax if you are located in the same state as our warehouse. Sales tax will be added on automatically during checkout. For orders shipped outside of California, we do not collect sales tax. For orders within California, silkflowersfactory collects sales tax for the State Board of Equalization. If you have a valid California resale card, please submit a completed and signed silkflowersfactory Resale Form prior to placing your order. You can download a PDF Resale Form here (Adobe pdf format, download Adobe Acrobat Reader here and email us the completed form along with your reseller license, or fax it to 626-667-2259. Once submitted, we will verify the completed form with the California State Board of Equalization. Until we have a signed, verified form, sales tax will be collected. If you've already placed an order, receipt of the silkflowersfactory Resale Form is not an agreement that the tax will be refunded. Sales tax will not be refunded retroactively, meaning any order placed before submitting the proper documentation will not qualify.

Color variations of flowers
Silk flowers are extremely labor intensive, each flower is made and put together by hand by an skilled crafter. In order to fill the demand, these are manufactured in 4 different factories to keep up with the demand. We have a large selection of styles and colors, and also keep these in stock in large quantities, unfortunately with 4 different manufacturers, there will be variations from shipment to shipment. In order to get the exact same shade - please make sure to order everything you need in 1 single order. Separate orders from different dates may end up having different shade / slight style variation. This is especially true if you've ordered month(s) apart. If such case happens, we will gladly exchange it for you if the merchandise is still in original/sealed condition. However, you will be responsible for shipping the item back, we will pay for the shipping to send the exchange to you. We will unfortunately not be able to accept any opened merchandise for returns.
Samples & Catalog Requests:
Samples - At the current time, we are unable to provide you with free samples. However, the majority of our items are offered in small quantities, and we don't have any minimum order cost requirements. Instead of offering a $15 sample package such as many other website, you can simply purchase exactly what you need, select the $6.95 shipping and still get the samples you need to review less the cost of a standard sample package. We also offer no hassle return policy, where all you have to do is include the original invoice with the return, there is no other forms to fill out or RMA #s required. Catalogs - We will offer Catalogs in the near future. Currently we are adding new products virtually weekly, it is not possible to keep a printed Catalogs updated fast enough. Once the product selection is more stable, we will be able to offer printed Catalogs.

If you do not see an item posted as available, then unfortunately we do not carry that item. We are unable to special order items that we do not already carry.

QUICK TIP: Place your mouse cursor over anything you think could be a clickable link. You'll notice that anytime you scroll over something that is a link, your mouse cursor will become a "hand". Whereas scrolling over anything that is NOT a link will leave your cursor as an "arrow". You may also type a keyword into the SEARCH box to quickly find a specific product. Because we are a direct importer and due to the volume we move, we are able to offer our great products at ridiculous prices directly to you.
Please note, our bulk quantity discount apply for one single order only. This means that you are not able to take advantage of our bulk quantity discount if you take several orders to meet our quantity discount levels. Bulk quantity discounts will apply only for same exactly item/style/size/color, etc. Must be in one single order only.
